I have tiny helpers pitching in on the mint harvest! We're going to dry the leaves, grind them into a seasoning like consistency, and use it later in salads and soups! Meanwhile, we're also talking about the different parts of the plant, their purposes, and the benefits of mint & how it can be helpful for our body! Then we will add it to our salad later today!
